It took me a while to figure the different formats out and to get the content right so that the XML-files would validate, but in the end (late at night) I've managed to write some code that creates two separate XML-files. One for our RSS 2.0 feed and one for our Atom 0.3 1.0 feed. And yes, I know, Atom 1.0 is just out, but there aren't that many feedreaders that understand that new format yet. Eventually I will make the change to 1.0 - for now I'm happy I've managed to serve you with these two feeds! We have made the change!
And here they are:
If you don't know which format to chose, take a look here for an explanation on the two formats and the differences between them.

My goodness, what a bitch that new Atom 1.0 specification is! Ever since the Atom 0.3 specification was deprecated because the new Atom 1.0 specification was finalized and released, I had planned to rebuild my Atom 0.3 to a valid Atom 1.0. A dutch guy, Niels Leenheer - aka Rakaz, wrote a great step-by-step tutorial to make the change from 0.3 to 1.0 as painless as possible. Having followed these steps I was nearly there. After a couple of passes through the validator (some errors - the [help] displayed next to the errors is indeed very helpful) and some Google'ing on the stuff the [help[ couldn't help me with, I finally have a valid Atom 1.0 feed!

1Het gaat nog niet helemaal goed, want als ik via Bloglines naar je feed ga, krijg ik alleen maar hele oude teksten te zien (van 'Marjolijn's 33' tot 'A very welcome nudge on the shoulder').

2Feeds fixed thanx to the tip of Jeroen!
He pointed out that there is a free online Feedvalidator at http://feedvalidator.org that can validate your RSS- and Atom-feeds.
Both our feeds now validate!
